Who We Are:
Seoul Teaching is a registered recruiting company that specializes in the ESL job market throughout Seoul and the greater metro area. Combined, our staff has more than 12 years of ESL working experience in South Korea. We have worked as English teachers in various locations of Korea and understand the needs of teachers and schools alike. We're focused on providing quality services and work hard to ensure our teachers are happy and comfortable with their school selection.
We do not guarantee jobs for everyone who applies; however, we understand the value of every application received and make sure to accommodate as many teachers as possible with credible schools and quality working environments.

Our policies:
Seoul Teaching Recruiting has outlined a number of company policies. Our goal is to present western teachers with the most comprehensive job information as possible. All successful applicants can expect to receive the following information during the job presentation period: detailed job descriptions, school history, location descriptions, contact details for current staff members and honest

answers and explanations to your concerns. We also provide school photos for the large majority of our teachers. Some schools do not release photos for privacy concerns, however most (85%) of the schools we represent allow us to take photos of their facilities and/or provide us with photos to use. These photos are then forwarded to our teachers during their school reviews.

What we do as ESL recruiters
1) We represent English schools in Seoul and the greater Seoul region. We present these schools with the teachers who have applied to our company and let them decide which people they are interested in pursuing as an employee.
2) We work directly with western teachers and help them to gain employment with the English schools we represent. We answer job, city and country related questions, guide people through the visa process, provide official paper work, organize flights and provide tips and advice when needed.
3) We help teachers with the transition into South Korea and provide on going support and assistance during our teachers contracted employment period.
